JennyCrayon.com are sure you will be delighted with your purchases. However, should you wish to return any items, for refund or exchange, please notify us within 48 hours and return the goods, within 7 days, in perfect condition in their original packaging at your expense.

Personalised items cannot be returned, unless faulty.

Goods should be returned to JennyCrayon Returns, 2 Mays Cottage, High Street, Hartley Wintney, Hampshire, RG27 8NW.

Postage and packaging costs are non refundable unless items are faulty.

Please obtain a proof of postage as JennyCrayon.com is not responsible for returned items which fail to reach us. We recommend Royal Mail Recorded Delivery as the minimum level of delivery for returns.
