When you place an order with JennyCrayon.com you will receive an email confirming your order. Also as your order progresses you will receive emails notifying you of what’s happening.

If we have your items in stock we will dispatch them within 3 working days of receiving payment. Please note that as all of our products are handmade you should allow up to 14 days for delivery.

Delivery will be made by either Royal Mail or our courier service. If your goods arrive in damaged packaging it is your responsibility to fully inspect before taking receipt of them.

Damaged or faulty goods must not be accepted or signed for, they will then be returned to us. On return of an unsigned for damaged item we will dispatch a new order for you. This does not apply to items signed for and then returned as faulty.

The delivery company will deliver the goods to the address on the original order. If you provided us with a telephone number we will put this on the address label for the courier to contact you should they have any problems with delivery.  If no one is available to accept delivery a card will be left and it will be your responsibility to contact the courier to arrange re-delivery. Uncollected items will be returned to JennyCrayon.com and there will be a charge for re-delivery.
